Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow across the organization.
  • Supervise and lead a team of administrative staff, ensuring effective delegation of tasks and timely completion of duties.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems to improve operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure that administrative support meets the company’s needs and objectives.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure that the workplace is well-maintained, organized, and fully equipped for daily operations.
  • Oversee office facilities management, including the maintenance and cleanliness of the workplace.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for administrative expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards in all administrative operations.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in an administrative management role, preferably in a corporate or large-scale organization.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide administrative teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.) and office management tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with staff at all levels of the organization.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Pakistani nationality, with Multan-based residency preferred.
