Job Overview:
Nestle Operational Services Worldwide SA is looking for a skilled IT ADI Specialist to join our team in Lahore. As an IT ADI (Application, Development, and Integration) Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the seamless integration and operation of IT systems and applications across Nestle’s operations. Your expertise in application development and integration will ensure that business processes are supported by robust, efficient, and high-quality technological solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of IT applications and solutions to meet the operational needs of Nestle’s global operations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee the integration of various business systems, ensuring compatibility and efficiency across different platforms.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for IT applications, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution of issues.
- Manage the implementation of IT systems, including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for all IT solutions, ensuring clear communication of system functionalities and integration points.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, bringing innovative solutions to Nestle’s IT landscape.
- Provide training and technical support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure the effective delivery and management of IT services.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT application development, integration, or a similar role.
- Strong expertise in application development tools and programming languages (e.g., Java, .NET, SQL).
- Hands-on experience with IT systems integration, APIs, and web services.
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, particularly in SAP or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and their integration with on-premise systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global, multi-cultural environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality IT solutions that meet business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in working with large-scale IT systems and integration projects in a corporate setting.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies.
- Knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance regulations in the context of IT systems.
- Experience in the FMCG or food industry is a plus.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Pakistani nationality with Lahore-based residency preferred.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Pakistan.
- No criminal record.
