Position Overview:

Allied Bank Limited is seeking an experienced and innovative Manager for Cards & Loyalty Products within our Digital Banking Group. This role involves overseeing the bank’s card services, including credit, debit, and prepaid products, and developing and managing loyalty programs aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and engagement. The candidate will lead the strategic development and execution of cards and loyalty products to drive growth, profitability, and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the bank’s card product portfolio, including credit, debit, and prepaid cards.
  • Manage end-to-end product life cycle, from ideation and design to launch, monitoring, and enhancements.
  • Design and oversee the implementation of loyalty programs that enhance customer retention and engagement across digital banking platforms.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to design targeted campaigns for customer acquisition and retention through loyalty offerings.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure the smooth operation and innovation of card-related services.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to recommend new features and improvements for card and loyalty products.
  • Monitor product performance and provide actionable insights to improve the overall profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all card and loyalty product offerings.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5–7 years of experience in banking, with a focus on card products, digital banking, or loyalty programs.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale digital banking products and customer loyalty programs.
  • Strong understanding of digital banking trends, card product innovation, and customer behavior analysis.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking abilities.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess product performance and customer needs.
  • Experience with CRM tools and digital banking platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance related to card products.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, IT, operations, and legal.
